I think that the first message I send is the only thing I really need to worry about in terms of not messing up writing to them. What are some opening messages people here use that appear apropriate? I say Hi for the title then for the message body, "how are you? I am from Toronto, Canada and I am travellinging in Mindanao. Are you in Mindanao?"
