Converting AVI to DVD - Moma - 03-01-2011

I need some sort of easy to use and safe freeware to convert AVI movie files to DVD so I can play them on a normal DVD player. I think the DVD file format would be .vob.

I've been recommended DVD creator and Nero vision.

Can anyone point me to something that I can use for that? Ideally, I would want it to be free.

Thoughts, please?

Thanks

The best thing to use is ConvertXtoDVD.. I use it all the time. Easy to learn and you can customize the menu. I had to use a crack to get the full version so if you can't figure it out shoot me a PM, and I'll guide you in the right direction.

thanx, you are a diamond. I'll try it this evening if I have time.

I am packing for Cali and hopefully I should have a valid data sheet for the forum.

I use any dvd converter pro http://www.any-video-converter.com/products/for_dvd/. It converts all music files and plays, rips and converts any DVD. You're limited to one license per purchase but it's well worth the price.
