Sydney Datasheet:
Hey guys, I’ve read this forum for quite a while but this will be my first post. As a Sydney Sider born and raised I’ve picked up on a few bits and pieces that I’ve yet to see from other datasheets on the city.
My Background:
I’m a white Caucasian male in my mid 20’s, 6’0 tall & around 87kg [190lb]. Regarding my game; I would consider it average by global standards – But above average for the environment Sydney presents.
The City:
Pros:
Having had considerable travel experience I would say that Sydney presents itself as one of the most liveable cities worldwide. You have access to amazing beaches, a wide array of pubs & clubs, regular sporting events, regular cultural events & a considerable amount of beautiful parklands.
Cons:
The price. Expect to pay a high premium for rental prices, transportation, food & drinks.
The Women:
This is quite long – But It will explain Australian women in 2014.
Approaching 27 I’ve seen some distinct shifts in Australian culture & in particular Australian women. During my teenage years I still remember Australian girls [On average] being sweet, attractive and feminine. Unfortunately around the time I approached the age of 20 & with the imminent boom of mainstream social media, that all began to change.
Australian media is by and large saturated with Feminist ideology. Everyone from politicians to celebrities will be crucified in the media for any comments, which may in any way shape or form be construed as sexist.
As a result Australian women have become increasingly masculine & outwardly aggressive. You will find a vast majority of Australian men dating down. To counter act this – If a male wants to be successful with the top tier women you need to [Ideally] possess two things:
A.)A muscular physique. Unfortunately as I found out a lean ripped physique doesn’t quite cut it. Spending the majority of my teens as a sprinter I was around 80kg [175lb] & quiet ripped. I started to routinely get rejected by women well below my level (Something that really hurts the self esteem).
Eventually through injuries I was forced to give up sprinting as a sport. I gained roughly 15lb & was amazed [And disgusted] at the difference. You don’t really have to do much to get sex. Without it I’ve found I almost had to have perfect game with zero slip ups.
B.)A tan. Australian women love it.
Now on any given night out you may find a club or bar packed with a 60% male to 40% female ratio. Unfortunately a larger proportion of men will be fit & athletic meaning even the well built men have a strong chance of deciding between ‘fucking’ below your level or going home alone.
This brings me to the second gaming tactic that [On average] applies to most females. Aggression [By this I mean no fear of approach, cocky come backs to her inevitable shit tests & telling her what you want]
Australian women are used to men approaching. Their bitch shields are automatically high. You will typically get three very aggressive shit tests before she starts to relax.
In summary – From experience:
Success with Australian women depends primarily on muscle and aggression. Unfortunately many 6’s in Sydney rate themselves as 8’s. So unless you’re on top of your game & aggressive you wont regularly pull your equivalent standard of girl.
Note: If however your game & aggression is on point [And your in decent shape] a girl two points below your level will be relatively easy. [The other side effect of Australian feminism – If you are a girls best option, she will easily spread her legs].
The Clubs:
ScuBar & Side Bar: As you’ve probably come to realise; Sydney isn’t the most male friendly environment for pick-up. One positive however is that the environment [To an extent] builds confidence & aggression. From experience Scubar & Side bar [Located near the cities Central Station] are fishbowls full of girls willing to fuck when you have these attributes. The clubs are filled with European backpackers who are happy to talk virtually 100% of the time & will be open to fuck [Either on the night or after a single date] more often than not.
Kings Cross: King Cross is the main Red Light/Clubbing district of Sydney. You have a cover charge of approximately $20 for each club. Personally I’m not particularly fond of the area. Expensive drinks, Entry Fee’s & inevitable taxi fares typically lead to a night exceeding $100+. Regarding the women, they will typically be a little more drunk & the men a little more aggressive.
I do have one trick that works relatively well. Typically Kings Cross clubs have loud music [Ruining your ability to chat] & groups of girls whereby you need to impress the group to get the girl [IMO a lot of work]. At the end of the night however, most girls take a taxi home. I find this is a great time to strike up a conversation. Find out where they are going & if it’s close enough offer to share a cab. It gives you an extra 10-15minutes to chat her up in the cab, her friends aren’t there to judge & your chances of sex increase dramatically. Of course IMO the cost of King’s Cross just isn’t worth it.
Darling Harbour: The glamour area of Sydney. The nightclubs overlook Sydney’s darling harbour & are relatively modern in appearance. Expect to see numerous businessmen attempting to pick-up with the major crux of money. The girls by and large are 18-28. The lighting isn’t great so be careful lol. On more than one occasion I’ve had buyers remorse. Once again the drinks are expensive, the entry fee is pricey & a taxi home will set you back. On average however the girls are better looking.
Star City: Sydney’s premier casino. A majority of the women that go here come from money or are looking for money i.e. a high ratio of gold diggers. The illusion of wealth will serve you well.
The Eastern Suburbs: The Eastern Suburbs stretches from the bars in Paddington’s Oxford Street, The Golden Sheaf in Double Bay & the bars & clubs in Bondi. Personally this is my scene. The girls for the most part take much better care of their appearance. The bars are more conducive to conversation.
The other point to note is one of the effects of feminism. The odds are stacked against men in Sydney. Women make it increasingly difficult for men to date/fuck to their level. The sole positive is that in bars/clubs with a higher proportion of attractive women, most men prefer to fuck something easy [As opposed to putting effort into a high value girl]. This can increase the odds if you don’t settle.
The Northern Beaches: From my experience it is much like the Eastern Suburbs albeit very cliquey.
George Street: George Street is in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. It comprises of a high proportion of Asian girls & backpackers. Once again the foreign girls are easier by a considerable margin. Bars such as Cheers, Bar Century, Three Monkey’s & Mr. B’s (Just off George Street) are notorious for easy girls. Unfortunately the quality is terrible.
Newtown: This is the hippie area of Sydney. A wide array of multicultural restaurants intermingled with numerous pubs/bars. In terms of night venues Newtown is right up my alley. In terms of the conversation it is bottom of the list. Highly feminist with a lot of ‘greenies’.
Despite this I would recommend Newtown as one of the easiest places to fuck quality girls. It is the go to area for university students & the feminist ideals actually make it far easier to fuck the girls. I’ve realised that the mother hen is rarely a factor here. Logistically many of the girls also live in the area upping your chances even further.
Special Mention:
Suburban Pubs: Littered throughout Sydney are suburban pubs. Many are open till late. Typically if you find any girls lingering around in the early hours of the morning, they are often chasing D. Unfortunately; once again they’re terrible quality.
Day Game:
My two favourite places in Sydney for day game are as follows:
Sydney CBD [More specifically Pitt Street Mall/Martin Place/Darling Harbour/Circular Quay/Wynyard Station]: In my early years working at a gym one of the biggest components of my job was promotions on the street; Essentially stopping people to try & gain members to the gym. What this turned into however was stopping cute girls to chat.
Typically anyone in the city wearing casual attire will stop to talk. The goldmines in my opinion are the tourists. They have nothing to do all day & have strong potential for a same day fuck. German girls are incredibly common [Especially in Circular Quay]. I’ve noticed that they get a bad wrap on here, but from my experience they are more attractive than Australian girls & very easy [In Australia].
At the top of Wynyard Station there is a languages school called Navitas. It is filled with Spanish & Brazilian students who IMO are far more stunning than the majority of Australian girls.
The second place for day game, which is second to none, are:
The Horse Races: Royal Randwick racecourse in the heart of the eastern Suburbs is an excuse for women to get dressed up, drink & get loose. Due to the social atmosphere you’ll be able to enter social circles easier than usual. The end result is an easier time setting up dates & gaining numbers [Beware Australian girls are very flakey].

Dudes are way less muscular and aggressive in the hipster and private school crowd venues, which also have way less fatties and girls with more pleasant attitudes, which I'm guessing why you say hipster Newtown is your favourite game spot. What are your favourite game venues there?

I was thinking about why height gets so much play in Australia. I think it's because we're one of the few countries in the world where our national sports leagues are just an endless sea of tall white dudes. AFL players are around 6"2 average, rowers around the same, probably NFL too, and all our tennis players except Hewitt.
Compare to Europe / Sth America where national sports figures are football players of varying heights and US where 70% are big black guys.

From my experience that is spot on. As an example, the last gym I worked at had a turnover of 8,000 clients per week whilst only 20% of that number were women. It shows during night game.
If [On Average] there is 50 girls & 50 guys. 40 of the guys will be in good shape whilst only 10 of the girls will be. This means that girls who rate [For instance] 5/10 will regularly be hit on by numerous guys 2 points higher. It can get very frustrating.
You're right about Newtown as well. The girls are alternative & 'seemingly' more outwardly feminist but on average they are far slimmer/more attractive. I also think [This is just my theory] they are in a university experimental phase, so they aren't really ingrained with that attitude. The guys on average are far more concerned with 'hanging out' & the pick-up culture is frowned upon. If you tone down the aggression slightly & can converse about a range of topics you'll have pretty good success there.
Favourite spots are probably The Courthouse Hotel which is packed with students & Kelly's on King. It's open late; It's the size of a nightclub but operates akin to a pub. Easy to run game & plenty of potential targets.

I'm from Sydney (Cronulla) and I just have to add that Sydney is the worst city I have ever been in when it comes to logistics.
Only 4 million people but its mostly suburban sprawl as soon as you get out of the city. So its a huge place.
Countless times I have lost bangs due to the fact that my place was a 40 minute cab ride away, and they live on the opposite side of the city.
Even if you are in the city, girls will be reluctant to go to the other side of the city for a bang.
Public transport in Sydney is awful so cabs are your best bet. But be prepared to pay for it.
The only time logistics have really worked to my favor is going out in Newtown (the hipster area) and going back to her place. Because hipster fucking loooove living in this part of Sydney.
As for the bars for foreign chicks... As a touristy city, I would always find a big hostel and drink at the bars downstairs or the closest cheapest pubs. Never failed, this is probably the reason why I am an expat in Europe right now.
But other than that. I think you ALL should visit Sydney sometime in your life.

I plan to live in AUS in the next year or so and am still choosing a city. Some PUAs have even recommended Perth.
Regarding the logistics, how common are motorbikes in Sydney? I pretty much buy one in any city I live in, and i think avoiding the cabs and giving a girl a ride would work out real well.

This is a great point which I forgot to mention. Sydney is spread out over a large geographical area & the public transportation system is a nightmare.
With the majority of the nightlife in the city you'll get girls from all across Sydney. This means that on many an occasion you will have the added challenge of convince a girl to come to your place which may be a $60 taxi ride away from her home [Or even worse forking out a big cab fare just for sex].
Areas like Newtown, Paddington, Manly & Coogee typically have girls from the general area which can limit this problem to an extent.
BTW: I forgot to mention Coogee. A large number of backpackers wind up living in this small beach suburb when they come to Sydney. It's one of the lesser known beaches (Globally) but has a cool little relaxed cafe scene. Most of the shops revolve around organic foods, beauty boutiques etc. I grew up in the Eastern Suburbs & this was [& still is] a big go to nightspot for 18-22 year olds. There's really only two places you can go. The Coogee Bay Hotel & The Palace. Definitely worth a mention. I grew up with the type of girl who frequents here [Think television shows like The OC or Gossip Girl] & they are on average very slutty.

I ride a motorbike & it's a great investment. Car & Petrol prices are pretty steep so it saves money. You really don't see too many bikes on the street either, which is surprising.

I went out in both cities in 2008 at 22 years old with much less game than I have now.
However, walking the streets and being out at night in both cities for a week each I do not remember seeing many head turners let alone 7+ girls by American standards.
I would avoid if you want to game, unless you are black which I heard is like crack to white Aussie chicks.

I live here and can say the talent is AWESOME on a heaving Friday/Sat night up at Kings Cross / Darlinghurst area.
You'd need mad game and logistics though the latter particularly so.
It's also fucking expensive which correlates to how beautiful a place to live it truly is.
Chicks attitudes are nowhere near as horrid as in the USA in my opinion.

The last couple times I've been to Sydney I've stayed near Coogee. I spent NYE on the beach once, so many drunk teenagers around and the pigs didn't give a fuck... There's a lot of talent on Coogee beach and in the Randwick shopping centre, hot young girls were walking around in ultra skimpy clothing like they were stopping by on their way to the beach. My mind's drawing a blank for Bondi and Bondi Junction shopping centre but I think it was the same but with more backpackers. That said, visiting in summer and spending a lot of time by beach (as most people do while visiting Sydney) means all the bare flesh warps your perception of how hot the girls actually are.

The average girl here is a 5 by my definition (plain, not ugly but not cute). 6's and 7's are easy to find but 8+'s not so much unless you go to the right venues.

I think it all boils down to Sydney being a "penis paradise" for women - it is a city full of men with high levels of disposable income, who also happen to be strongly involved with sports/gym culture. This, combined with bad logistics and a strong feminist culture, make it a less-than-ideal place for gaming.
Also, since I wrote my datasheet, new lockout laws have been introduced which have severely impeded the nightlife here.

Also the drink price in Sydney always seems to be jumping up and up.
The government is always coming up with buzzwords and then adding a tax to it or a law to fuck us all around.
For example:
Alco-pops - Over night the price for pre-mixed drinks went up like 60%
King-hit - They started closing down parts of the city at 1:30am
and every now n again they will bring in rules like: No double shot drinks allowed after midnight.
Its just a massive cluster-cluster fuck.

It seems like we have the same perception of the city. The 'penis paradise' notion is spot on from my experience. At the end of the day; even if you're a good looking, physically fit guy and you turn down a 5 or a 6 - She will have another 5 or 6 (Male) 8's hitting on her throughout the night.
To be honest [From my experience] picking up an 8 or 9 really isn't too much more difficult than picking up a 6. On average they seem to have the same standards.

I'd assume the massive gay presence in Sydney helps the average player out a bit? Or is the thirstiness just so great it doesn't matter in the end?

The thirstiness is very real.
Though Australian women is what most likely contributes to your mates being sick of the place.
When I was 19-21 I started going to the backpacker bars and banging German women.
After that... I just couldn't go back to aussie girls anymore.
Just the sound of their accent makes me cringe... and I am Australian!
