Women, especially white girls/women (aged 14-50) are more promiscuous than ever before in the history of western civilization, yet according to some, it is "harder than ever" for the "average joe" to get laid. The conclusion does not follow from the premise, which is basically irrefutable (every single study I have seen shows the "# of sexual partners for the "avg. woman" skyrocketing). Anyone who has ever stepped foot on a university (or high school) campus, or been to a "club" (or hell, just walked down the street or been to a mall or traveled to a classic "sexcation" party hotspot such as Vegas, Cancun, etc.) realizes that women are giving it up more easily/freely than ever before. This hypothetical person would also realize that women's standards have NEVER been lower (a necessary by-product of hyper-promiscuity...just take a look around- you routinely see pretty and cute chicks with fat guys, nerdy guys, ugly guys, chubby guys, guys of different races, etc.) Part of me thinks that our fathers and grandfathers must be envious as hell, since they actually had to be patient and WAIT/PRAY for some lovin'. You know they actually had to "wine and dine" a girl for several dates before they got some. No one can deny that we now live in a "F8ckbuddy/no strings attached/hang out and hook up asap/"Dating and commitment are for losers" culture which takes pride in pretty much tolerating EVERYTHING (aside from rape, pedophilia, terrorism, racism/intolerance (ironically enough) and murder-pretty much EVERYTHING/ANYTHING else "goes" lol). SO, with all of that having been said, how can getting poontang be considered difficult or challenging? The individual, average 21st century POF/Tinder-addicted woman is F8cking more dudes than ever before in the history of Western civ....yet there are entire communities of angry "incels"/frustrated guys complaining about how hard it is to get laid these days?!! I must be missing something...what is it?!!!

Society isn't as promiscuous as you think. The average person has less than ten sex partners in their life. This is pretty well researched. There was a recent thread which I can't recall ATM that showed that young people in recent years are having LESS sex.
What was generally concluded is thst social media validation is giving women the attention they once had to get from males. Which means it taker that much more effort to to get them out without flaking. The top guys are pulling like never before. The bottom and average guys are working harder than ever for lower quality.

Consider this: I lived in a dorm with 15 other guys (16 in total). Only 5 of us (including myself) had sex at any given point over the course of the year.

Over 1/3 of college men had no sex in the last year and 72% of men had no more than 1 partner in the last year. It's no wonder a lot of guys are starved.

So most guys are left with their porn and lube while a few guys (small percentage of the population) get almost all of the good pussy (not old women, ugly women or fatties). I would say that the PUA era is coming to an end, it is difficult to find people that identify as "pickup artists" and not men who are just members of the red-pill society. Pickup is one facet of life, whereas taking the red pill translates to all aspects of life, making you a better man and in turn, making you better with women.
I say this because the time of the Mystery method and such is over, and doesn't particularly work in 2014. Men today play many a style, as well as use multiple alleys of game (Roosh covers it quite well in his "16 types of game" article). I also see less and less men constantly focused on PUA skills as opposed to life skills in general. Become a well rounded individual, it makes everything easier.
We see the matrix and not many men can say that they do, but what I take from everything I've learned is:
Game is life and life is a game.

This is the problem that I have. Just having meaningless sex does not feel right to me. There will be a day when I will want to find a wife, and I don't want to become desensitized to women. Unfortunately I live in the US, so finding a woman worth marrying is like searching for a needle in a hay stack.

My ex had a miserable fat cunt of a roommate who had to be driven everywhere because she would always be out of breath. She was also on high dosages of anti depression meds. 10% of Americans are on anti-depressants, and it's even higher for women. It's 25% for women in their 40's and 50's... Extensive number-crunching from the study mentioned above has resulted in the conclusion that the top 2.6% of men get 29% of all sex, the top 5.5% of men get 40% of all sex, and the top 28% of men gets a staggering 78% of sex. The other 22% of sex is distributed among the thirsty masses of the remaining 72% betas.
Also, the percentages of sex that these top groups of men get are constantly increasing; 10 years ago, the same study found the top 2.6% got 25% of sex, not 29%. 30 years ago (no data though, just speculating), it might have been as low as 15%, with all other percentages proportionally lower too. Inequality is skyrocketing.
Results: the average guy (i.e. not a guy with fame, amazing game and/or model looks) is finding it harder than ever to get laid, whereas guys with one or more of those have it easier than ever. The overall quality of women has gone down as well, but the top guys are not feeling it that much because they can still cherry-pick the best ones; again it's the average man that gets squeezed badly.
As a result of this, the game I learned and used to get solid results several years ago (what I call the "confident nice guy") has stopped working almost completely and I had to transition into darker areas like "asshole game". The sad fact is that, while game is absolutely mandatory for any guy that doesn't want to be slaughtered in today's sexual marketplace and thus the only rational choice is to learn it, the level of game required is increasing so rapidly that it might be completely out of reach for many men.

Good. I see this as a challenge. I'm in the top 28% of all men. Maybe I'm in the top 10%. But I'm not in the top 5.5% or 2.6%... yet. I see this as a challenge to get to that point.
I'm 18, so I'm young and learning. That puts me ahead of men who either refuse to acknowledge game or simply don't have it. I guess it also puts me ahead of guys who only have game while drunk. However, I'm not going to be fucking satisfied until I'm in the top 2.6% of men.
