Yeah, there is the ~famous list of penis sizes that I think this map may be based off, that has Ghana at number 1. There is a problem where some countries self report, and some don't. Some countries/people measure from the bottom [ball side], some measure from the top [from the ab side], etc.
If this map is not off that data...well I still don't put much stock in this shit.
