I had at least two or three girls who seemed dtf when at my place, so I'm sure it is possible (and for sure many people do it) but as I said, I had this rule of not trying anything when hosting girls. Although I've always preferred to host pretty girls, it's been just to gain some good references as a host, as my main aim with CS has always been to travel AND get laid while abroad.
Btw I know guys who host continuously, and some of them have more than one negative reference where the girl accuses him basically of creeping her out... Ah ok. Well in this case the amount of work you need to accomplish it is too big and boring for the real possibilities to make it.
Girls who wanna be escorted around the city usually write a pubblic post on the local cs forum. If the girl is slightly pretty, she will receive dozens of offers, perhaps hundred. This means if you don't stand out for some particular reason, she won't even bother to reply you, and if she does, still worse, because she will have probably set several dates on the same day to maximize her possibilities of fun/exploiting the man; this will make her distracted by her phone, and not focusing on you because she is also looking forward to discover how the next man will be. Of course if you are the next man, it can also happen taht she will flake because she likes/bangs the first dude. But you may be also the lucky one, who knows. So possibilities are existing, but not high. If you have the right look and vibe, and have time and will to play this game, you can do it, but I don't reccomend it, even because you put yourself in the same category of thirsty guys and this devalue you to the eyes of a girl.
There's also the case when a girl directly writes to you in private asking to meet up for showing her around. This happens rarely (in 7 years of cs it happened to me no more than 10 times, and I never bother to reply to any 'cause they were all ugly, fat or old), but I met some pretty cs girls who told me they do it, so perhaps there are some lucky dude out there who gets pussy served on a silver plate once in a while, 'cause in that case it's evident the girl is up for something ;-)

In fact, it is much, much easier to bang CS girls when you do not host them. If you have a flexible working schedule and can take time off during the day from Monday to Friday, then it's perfect. Let the betas host the chicks and monopolize them between 19:00 and 9:00 of the next day, and during the weekends. You monopolize the chicks while the betas are at work. My last CS bang was at a public park, at 16:00, for instance.
When you offer to show a chick around, you are her equal. You do not have the power of a host. Hence, she will be much more genuine. I agree. Most CS girls are not worth it. Which is why I focus on the best ones only.
As I get closer to my mid-30s, the Western European CS chicks no longer want to meet me, but Russian chicks in their early 20s seem to have no problem with my being 10+ years older than them. If a chick posts on my city's group or local discussion and says that she wants to meet people, asks for tips on what to see, and asks if someone can show her around, then I send her a detailed PM on what to see in my city. This takes 10 seconds because I have a template saved, and only need to add her name to the template.

Unfortunately, you have to pay your dues. Host guys. It kind of sucks, but that is what it takes to build a reputation on CS. Interestingly, guys are often a lot more polite and grateful. Some are even shocked that they managed to find a host! Girls, however, tend to be spoiled, ungrateful and entitled. Some CS girls think you host CS girls because you have no friends, no life, and can't get laid, and they don't hide their contempt all that well. Never show weakness.
If you host groups, then demand that every member of the group have his or her own CS profile before you offer accommodation. If you host a group of 5, you can get some 2-4 references at once. Hosting a group of 5 guys sounds scary, but sometimes chicks travel with their castrated orbiters, and orbiters don't scare anyone.
I hosted a few couples, but didn't like it. My apartment is not a motel. What else do they want? Am I supposed to buy them condoms, too?
If you check the CS page on Reddit, you will often find posts of women asking for tips on how to choose hosts. Guys who only want to host females and who have references from females only raise red flags immediately. They don't know if the host is alpha or omega, and unless the guy's photos suggest he is alpha, they assume he is omega.
If you bang a CS chick, she probably won't write you a reference. I don't know why.

I think it depends if you host them or not.
Every girl that I just let through cs and smashed, never left a review.
But the ones that I actually hosted, they all left reviews.

This is a great post. I read in an article to see if a girl has wink faces from other reviews. I just got a request from a European girl who's email for a request looked more like an email you would get from a girl on a dating site. I checked her ref and while most were from people she met at CS meets there were 2 from hosts, both guys, and both guys left her wink faces in the review.

That article was pretty interesting, grown from nothing until it became too big to function in the same way it could originally.
Makes me wonder if there is going to be an app sometime soon that lets you find open "couches" through GPS and profiles to see if you even want to hit them up to be shown around/crash.
