Why You Need This Info: I'm writing this post to help out the dudes who are thinking about moving to a new area or can't seem to get the ball rolling where they're currently at. The world is changing quickly, and like never before you can uproot yourself and change your location to better suit your needs. Yes, the world is getting smaller in terms of communication, but the world is quite far from every location having equal resources and opportunities. The world isn't as flat as you think.

What Resources I'm Sharing: A few links with tons of information about where in the US/Canada/rest of the world you might want to live based on a long list of factors.

First, you might want to evaluate how you're doing when considering your income. Are you in the %1?

Second, most dudes on this forum are at least somewhat into game. This next link has information for the guys in the USA/Canada on where your chances of encountering single women are higher, areas broken down by average income, different education level in each area, general real estate prices, what regions are better suited for people with different personalities, and what jobs are in demand in each area. Note: For those of you not in the US/Canada or are looking to leave, it also has info on where in the world registers the most patents, has the most economic activity, areas with the greatest income, where jobs are in demand, and where scientific breakthroughs are happening most.
Find that info here.
Apparently my city is a sausage fest, go figure.

Now that you've looked all over the US and the 51st state of bacon, maybe it's time to see where you should consider living.
(Be warned, I don't really love where I'm currently living and my city came up as my 4th best option. Caveat emptor.)

Other info you may want:
Worlds most populated cities

The world broken down by estimated population growth, emerging markets, and estimated GDP growth.

The World Factbook - Your one stop shop for a quick breakdown of info on every country on Earth presented by the CIA.

The World's Most Dangerous Places (Note: The next edition of this book is currently being written, this info might be slightly out of date.

Of course if these links don't help you, you can always trust in buzzfeed.

Any other information out there to help guys determine where they need to be living to become the best they can be?

NY Times has an awesome map showing income mobility across the United States. It looks at the chance a child raised in the bottom fifth income level rose to the top fifth income level.

Looks like for most of the US, the chances are really one in ten. However, across a wide swath of south chances are more like 3%.

In climbing income ladder, location matters.

Where you are has a large say on what you can do.
