I need plan help coming up with a thirty minute lesson for an interview I have with a tefl company in Japan. Anyone know of any good websites or samples of lesson plans I can look at?

Look up "CELTA lesson plan samples" and go from there. A full plan can take a few hours to prep...it's actually really stupid because in the real world you'd never devote that kind of time to one lesson...but they want to see that you can strategically map out an entire lesson (the "procedure page" as well as provide vocabulary grammar analysis (right down to the phonology, grammar structure, exceptions, examples, anticipated problems with your target students, etc. etc.). The most important part are your "lesson aims" (main aim and sub aims) so focus on those first.

Be glad it's 30 minutes and not 3 hours. A 30 minute lesson is nothing.

As for Japan specific info...just google it.
