Looking to come for NYE and looking to rent a room. Prefer off here than airbnb.

I stayed in an awesome penthouse apartment near Estadio, I think the neighborhood was called Laureles, where the guy rented by the room. 360 degree top floor views of the city, very affordable, pool table, big kitchen, cool guys living there. If you're interested I'll PM you contact info. Not Poblado but a very good safe area.

Don't remember how much it cost but it was very affordable, and yeah there are some guys who stay multiple months. PM me for property manager's email.
