Will this even change anything? Most people could care less that they might constantly be under surveillance. The scary saying "you shouldn't care if you don't have anything to hide".

LOL LOL LOL--Since when did the terms illegal or unconstitutional stop the US Government from doing what it wanted?
We live in a police state--get used to it. The government does whatever it wants. When things get difficult they just change the laws.
Remember the 2nd amendment--it is not applicable in the state of California. Remember the 1st amendment? There is hate speech legislation to abolish that archaic law. Remember the part of the Constitution that gave homosexuals the "right to marry"--you better because 5 tyrannical supreme court justices mysteriously "found it"/made it up in the constitution. Same thing for the government's right to force you to buy a product (health insurance)--5 judges "found it"/made it up in the constitution.
oh--and if you have a problem with any of this remember--The President says he has "found" the authority to unilaterally kill Americans without due process or a fair trial.

It's in appeals. Nothing will change for a long time. When the ruling comes in, they'll just soften the law so they can continue what they are doing.
