Autosuggestion resources? - michelin - 11-20-2013

I'm looking for resources on Autosuggestion, mostly to program my subconscious mind in order to improve my inner game and more. (audio)Books, websites, podcasts, anything.

There's a lot of new age self-hypnosis crap out there on the market, so if you know about some truly good stuff, post it here.

For those who wonder WTF I'm talking about: autosuggestion is "an influencing of one's own attitudes, behavior, or physical condition by mental processes other than conscious thought". A more popular definition is "fake it til you make it", suggest things to yourself until you really believe you are what you think you are.

Not precisely autosuggestion, but I found the original NLP books by Bandler and Grinder to be very helpful. I know I've read Frogs into Princes, Reframing, Trance-formations, and Using Your Brain for a Change. I don't remember which of these in particular I found most helpful, but I think the first two. All of this stuff should be taken well salted, of course.
