This is a good movie with a great cast. Props to Cameron Diaz for letting her age show, and to Brad Pitt for playing a great supporting role, given his status.
Written by Cormac McCarthy, it's got some fine dialogue / monologue in it. In a couple of scenes, the character played by Javier Bardem puts out some red-pill words, but shows himself to be utterly blue pill, to his detriment.
Michael Fassbinder and Penelope Cruz are also good, as are Bruno Ganz and Ruben Blades in smaller roles.
No happy ending though.

Agreed. This film has been unfairly maligned by critics due to its nihilistic tone and overall political incorrectness. A great quote by Bardem's character: "a woman will let you get away with anything except boring her."

Yes. It's amazing. Cormac McCarthy drops red pill wisdom, and creates a female villain that is on par with his villain in No Country For Old Men. Cameron Diaz kills it in the role with Ridley Scott directing and an AMAZING cast. Go see it.
