They need to change child support laws and create a system to keep track how a woman is spending the money. I know ignorant females who use child support for themselves. I actually believe that if women are allowed to get abortions, then men should be allowed to opt out of fatherhood. Real talk. I know my opinion is controversal but I bet if men had the option to opt out of fatherhood like women do we would see a decline in out of wedlock births.
