I don't know how accurate this thing is though, because it seems like it's basically just people putting in numbers. For example, if I ate at very cheap places every day in Las Vegas, maybe I would say the average meal is $8. But maybe someone else eats at very expensive places all the time, and occasionally some mediocre priced places, maybe an average meal in his mind is $12.

I agree with what Brandon says, but it's an interesting tool none-the-less.

Running some numbers, it looks like Buenos Aires is about as cheap as it gets.
