sure, seems you pay the taxes plus the passes.... you have to enter and leave from an international destination AND take one roundtrip destination inside the country..... no biggie, right now just from bogota its about 1000 dollars roundtrip to BA, much less the special they have have for 400 PLUS taxes to another destination... its a great fucking deal from all I can see.... then you buy depending on how many legs you want.... ie bog- BA- lima -ba - blah blah, the only negative I see is you have to keep heading back to BA for the next portion of the leg
