HELP: Looking for conservative philosopher (circa 1940s) anti-feminist.... - jackson.henley - 06-30-2013
I am looking for the name of a specific conservative (British?) philosopher who wrote a lot about the feminism in the 1940s. A brief reference to him was made on http://heartiste.wordpress.com/ but I cannot seem to find it. He wrote quite a few books/essays but has remained largely unknown.
A quote of his (what I remember of it): "Women do not want a great man" Explaining that they would prefer a leather trader (?) than an artist if that man could support her...
