npr radio is usually pretty lucid.

If you are talking about print, the associated press articles just say what happened in their news stories and don't really offer any sort of bias one way or the other.

NPR, PBS, and parts of the BBC are good.

NPR in particular is a well hidden secret of honest news reporting. If you listen regularly consider supporting your local NPR affiliate.
