House in Koh Samui, Thailand. It appears that it's ten weeks long and the housekeeper's responsibility would be to take care of the pets in the house. I can't imagine that it would be too difficult to do that.

Someone with a way to make income on line would probably find this lifestyle very good. Spending 2-3 hours a day doing housekeeper stuff, 2-3 hours a day doing online income stuff, and the rest of the day going to full moon parties in Thailand.

I'm sure there are bad cases though. Like couchsurfing, I am sure there are both bad housekeepers and bad houseowners. If you read that time article above, sometimes the housekeepers are treated like slaves.

I suppose the best case scenario is that they want to have a phone interview or in person interview with you. If you can live rent free at a place like this for 10 weeks as listed, it would basically cover the plane tickets you paid to get to Thailand (probably).

This is just a short example and I came across this idea/lifestyle like an hour ago. Just wondering what other people thought of it.

I can imagine people who can make 5K a month from online poker or something would love to do this: find out solid housekeeping spots to go to in different parts of the world and just basically squat at rich people's houses while they go on vacation for a month or whatever.

this looks like a good deal if there is some place for entertainment at night near by.
