Fares via American Airlines are crazy cheap. Flights from DET, ATL, MEMPHIS, CVP, MSP (FOR EXAMPLE) are going for 350-450 RT.

Figured I would let you guys know.

PM if you are having trouble. Not sure how long this will last.

I booked a flight to Brazil yesterday, non-refundable. Let me go bang my head against a wall now.

If you're spontaneous then sign up airfarewatchdog for alerts from your airport. So you do not have to waste time searching all over the place.

Once saw a flight from Dallas to Buenos Aires for $600.00 January 2012. The "hidden promotion" was gone after several days as ticks went up to $800.00 and then the normal of $1300.00 again. Always good to mess around with these sites.
