Just found this, bookmarked, guarantee you that'll come in handy many times in the future. I was pleasantly surprised by Germany and Singapore (I already knew how prevalent it was in the Philippines and Scandinavia).
Oh, and the REALLY relevant number you want to look at there is "% of English Speakers", not the overall number, obviously.

This actually wasn't even that helpful. The only part that is somewhat helpful is that it tells you the percentage of people in the country that speak. It almost makes it look like you are more likely to find an English speaker in India than in England. It doesn't really show much of Latin America. A lot of these countries are first language english speaking countries.
