Europe in April - Need Some Tips - Alpha Mind - 02-24-2013

I'm heading to Europe for ~two weeks in April to visit a buddy who's working in Brussels.

He is a fellow poon hound, but may be working for a solid portion of the trip.

I have never been to Europe (only Asia & the Americas) and want to make sure I hit the standard dope spots, but would also like some input on any hidden gems. Since I've never been before, I am less concerned with women than I normally would be, but it's obviously still an objective.

I'll be flying into Madrid and leaving from Brussels. Anything around and in between is game.

The datasheets on Brussels seem to be lacking a bit.

Anyone know the best spot to pickup Parliament interns?

What are the must see or must do things while I'm there?

My buddy will have plenty of plans, but since he may be working a fair amount, I figured I'd see what advice the RVF has.
