Married plastic surgeon has affair with patient. After it ends, she blackmails him for $50,000. Rather than pay, he informs the Medical Board.
The Board finds that "the woman was likely to have been emotionally scarred at the way Dr Topchian ended the relationship", censures him for keeping the affair secret (even though he actually told the Board about it) and he loses his medical license for one year.
Her identity is kept secret to protect her, while he is named, shamed and his photo is on the front page of Melbourne's biggest newspaper.

it could be a case of breach of fiduciary duty.
sorry to sound legalistic but if you're a teacher you can't fuck your student, if your a lawyer you can't fuck your client, if you're a police officer you can't fuck the girl you arrested, etc.
i'm sure that because that girl is his patient the plastic surgeon can't fuck her.
not saying it doesn't happen, not saying it's not ok, but breach of fiduciary duty is not worth it from a bang perspective.
