Women voting - Lemmo - 01-31-2013

A dated article by Peter Thiel but relevant given the recent election. It is a bit out there but basically discusses how the combined voting power of women and foreigners ensures the state will not respect individual freedom and, therefore, individuals will need to find ways of escaping the reach of the state in order to be free. He accepts the red pill view of many who prefer fleeing abroad to trying to remake society.

Good stuff. Let's also not forget this classic from the Spearhead:

Roissy also posted some things about women voting which I can't seem to find. The conclusion was that had women not been given the vote, we'd have a far more Republican country.

True to form, Peter Thiel has his own Indian Race Troll!

Suggested Reading: "How Dramatically Did Women's Suffrage Change the Size and Scope of Government?" by John R. Lott Jr. and Larry Kenny, Journal of Political Economy, 1999.

Thiel was probably basing his essay in part on Lott's work. Thiel, for those who don't know, is one of the most prominent venture capitalists in Silicon Valley. He is gay, and quietly so. He is a famous cynic. Love how he gets crucified for stating a basic fact.
