Was reading a bit here and there and I don't know if it's news or its old (or if there's already a thread about it) but I think it's relevant to us. If science has come this far why haven't they got an alternative for us men?

Because women stop ovulating during pregnancy. The birth control pill works by replicating the hormones put out by a fetus during pregnancy so the woman doesn't ovulate again and wipe away the fetus.
There is no equivalent naturally occurring process for men that ceases our fertility that could be triggered by adding a hormone signal.
