There's a position I rock pretty frequently with first timers or beyond.

It's a variation on doggie.

Imagine the chick in front of you kneeling on all fours facing away from you. Ideally, her shoulders and face are touching the bed so only her ass is in the air. Her knees should be together. This is a great one, but also like these two:
