I Hate Sales - Rhyme or Reason - 11-24-2017

I did telemarketing sales back in 05-06 for mortgage refi's before the crash. It seemed easier back then. After a while I got burned out on it and swore off sales forever. Now i"m thinking I could get back into it as my current jobs are 100 percent interaction based. There's lots of crossover there in terms of skill. A friend of mine has been selling Kirby's for awhile and makes damn good money doing it.

If you're gonna go D2D, then I recommend looking at selling solar for Vivint or Solar City. I know people that make an absolute killing selling solar.

I tried D2D, but I absolutely hated it. Did B2C telemarketing for awhile too, but it just wore on me dealing with idiots all day.

Here is a thought. So, sales has some correlations to game. You basically use human psychology to convince someone to take an action. Buy your product isn't that much different than convincing a woman to have sex with you. Some guys are handsome or have a huge dick and that makes the sale easier... in other words they have a better product.

With that in mind. I was reading the Challenger sale method and thinking about how it applies to game. My belief is that the core value here is agreeableness. It is likely that the more you agree with a woman the less chance you have of convincing her to sleep with you. However, you cannot be completely disagreeable. You also have to show yourself knowledgeable regarding the topic as well.

Perhaps a way to employ this approach would be to start by finding some things that you have in common... building both trust and rapport. Then as the conversation flows challenger her on topics where you have expertise and knowledge. Honestly, if you can do this on the topic of sex... I think that would have the greatest effect.

Anyway, just had this idea and thought it was worth typing up.
