I always offer a transition into Truth or Dare or Spin the Bottle (just for the two of us), and usually they bite. It's used generally instead of just before sex though.

Drinking games are great. A personal favorite of mine that lots of girls have enjoyed playing is drinking Candyland. I could tell you my rules, but you could just as easily make up your own. This works because Candyland is a seemingly harmless children's game, and the rules are mindless so anyone can play. If you don't have Candyland any card game will work just as well.
