It says 10% for Colombia but most Colombians don't tip at all, the tip is sometimes included in the price at certain restaurants, only Gringos tip here as far as I know.

Same with Germany..maybe I've been an ass, but people don't tip here.
You might round up just to save time..but I've been out with parties that fun up 300+ euro bill and no one tips
