Years ago I read a book about Arnold Schwarzenegger's rise to becoming a 5 time world body building champ. In it there was a passage about how every day before his work out he would spend 10-15 minutes really looking at himself in the mirror. Not because he was admiring himself, but rather because he was looking for his weakest/ least developed muscle group. Once he identified that, thats' what he would train that day. In other words he didn't avoid his weaknesses...he attacked them.

That's just one example of many I could give you but the point is that the truth is as cliche as it is fact.

Inner dialogue.



One of the most powerful tools a man can have is the ability to have a deep understanding of their OWN motivations (why we do anything). Most people go through life never bothering to ask "why" they feel/believe a certain way. The reality is that everything springs from the two most basic determinants: FEAR and DESIRE.

Every. Single. Thing. Everything we (you, me, everyone) do or don't do is driven by fear and/or desire. Both are constantly in our inner dialogue. Sometimes the dialogue is a conscious one, most often it's not. But those are the two "elements" of "why" in it's purest form.

The entire universe only exists in your (my, each of us's) head. Changing the universe only requires the right tools (and they do exist) and the desire to do so

Inner dialogue=inner game

Inner game = life...100%

Fear driven life vs desire driven life

You can still choose...better than you have

Now you can't say you were never told

One thing the army taught me is that there is no such thing as retreat. The three phases of war are the advance, the defense, and the withdrawal. If you need time to re-energize, muster your forces, get better Intel and training before heading back into the fray there is nothing wrong with that. I would disagree with people calling me pathetic. Its not like im just sitting in my room, arms folded, thinking "fuck women, life is unfair because I am ugly".

If people call me a quitter thats fine. But I am not for self-pitying, sympathy or bitterness. I am not a guy who thinks"guy X has it easy", "Rich people dont have to work hard" type of shit.

Either though I see myself as a MGOTW pretty much, this is were me and most of the incels/MGTOW differ. I do not advocate negativity (I argue that "giving up on women|" can be seen as a positive in the future,

A lot of people think I have taken the "easy option". Im not going to compare my option to game, but it is certainly not "easy". All throughout my (and our lives) from a young age we have been exposed to "love" and women. Most songs are about women and love, most movies we watched as a child had were about love/women/intimacy. So automatically by default the desire to have women in my life became part of my soul. Now, I went through 1-2 years of ripping and tearing out my soul and putting down new foundations. That was not easy.


I would say 90% of men who cant get women by age of 35-40 are either wierdos or
depressed. I am going down that route, I know the struggle that lies ahead. This is not going to be easy, I want to be part of that 10% who is successful and enjoying life as I am now in my early 20's. Its not like I have footsteps to follow in either, I have to make my own. Our modern society does not believe that a man who doesnt have sex or women in his life can be happy, time for me to prove them wrong?

Wanted to see the overriding reaction and thoughts. This will mirror what my friends and family will say about me later in life. Also, I kind of knew that the comments would be negative, its like a test for me. To put my arguments forward to you guys (and people I know in the future) about going alone (or MGTOW) without getting frustrated or angry. The way I see it, is once you lose control of your emotions, you are on a downward spiral
