For me, my morning black coffee never fails to excite me!
I must also add, an evening glass of whisky, even better when drunk from a high quality, heavy glass tumbler.
Going to bed with a new eBook or awesome blog entry or a Podcast or something (usually of some pickup/awesome life shit)
Getting into nature. It is instantly calming in a way nothing else is, it's elemental. And I hardly ever do it. Must do it more. Even a park is good enough.
Reading that point in meditation where you are in the zone. For me, it's rare, my mind races too much.
Having a breakthrough in my understanding or doing of something.

1. Juggling a Soccer Ball: i can do any and all tricks, now im working on combo'ing to become an actual football freestyler
2. Smoking a Heavy Indica then hitting the Gym: nothing like feeling weighed down and then pumping it out of your body through sheer force of testosterone (note - smoking and trying to juggle a soccer ball does not work)
3. My BMW: as soon as I sit in my ride the dopamine begins to release, when I pull out of my drive way I feel like a professional athlete on his way to game day
4. Leisure Reading
