Been only short term to Frankfurt and not for game. Germany is lower in the list I would say if you are not an ethnic German. I was actually looking to spend a month in Berlin this August, not necessarily for gaming, but the rip off airbnb prices are ridiculous. Could not find anything in the center for less than 3k..

In Western Europe I have been to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France and Spain. Germany can be seen as West or Central Europe. The countries in Western Europe have one special feature that is less pronounced in Eastern Europe. It is the social events. Events where people get to know each other or pursue a common hobby. The events not only make it easier to get to know each other, but they also help to improve your social skills. When I was in Valencia last year, I attended an event on MeetUp where people meet on the beach and go swimming together. This is hardly ever seen on holiday in Turkey. The further east you go, the rarer you find such social events.

I got to know ESN in North Holland. Holland is very international and offers many such events. When it comes to daygame and signals of interest from women, I had the best experiences in Amsterdam. I have been to many cities in Holland but nowhere in Holland have I received as many signals of interest and numbers as in Amsterdam. In Belgium and France my experience is very limited.

Next up is online dating. In the last two months I have improved my online dating profile by about 10%. I used to get a lot of matches everywhere but few replies. Now I also get a lot of matches but a lot more replies. In the two months my experience is only limited in Germany.

I live in Cologne and with my new profile, online dating is easier than average. When I was in Hamburg for three days, I had to work very hard and invest a lot of time in chatting. I managed to get 2 dates in three days. I will try online dating in 3rd tier cities soon.

Online dating is for cities over 1 million. In smaller cities girls don't use it because they think their friends, relatives or colleagues will see them, as most apps now have a hook up vibe. You might get lucky in half a million cities as well, but it gets tougher the smaller the place is. You will also face the language barrier depending where you are..

Size does not necessarily guarantee success, I was in London for 5 months and it was completely dead or dumpster diving. Hopefull I found a FWB, but it was the only date I've in London in 5 months!

In third-tier cities you need to know the local language. I agree with you. Since I grew up in Germany, it is no problem for me to travel to third-tier cities. Many women in smaller towns do not want to be told that they are flirting with other men. If you compare German small towns with British or Swedish small towns, the women here are much more conservative and the sex culture is much less widespread. Most foreign women also come from conservative countries. If I write that I do not live in your small town, then I could perhaps react more relaxed.

Otherwise, the advantages of a small town in Germany are not as advantageous as the small towns in Northern and Eastern Europe. A woman from a small town can be in the nearest big city within half an hour or an hour because the population density is very high. Thats true haha. German girls are generally more open to you studying the same subject as them than to a complete stranger. There are many German women who have had their social circles since they were at school and are therefore difficult to approach. Is it the same in France, the UK, Scandinavia and EE or is it better there when it comes to the topic of social circles?

l think in EE socializing is better. Especially Poland still the gem of Europe l believe, even though it has been 2 years to visit there. High population, cheap, beautiful girls and they like to drink quite comparing to some other EE countries. Unfortunately, it is not cheap for me to fly there from Munich and l dont have a full-remote job. l dont have experience in others countries you mentioned since they are racist, cold people and also quite expensive. l dont spend my time and sources in there, only for touristic visit
