Maybe Benjamin chose "Seinfeld" because it's become a cultural sacred cow and he knew it would get people talking about him. He was right in that respect.

I think you hit the nail on the head when it comes to the motivations of both Owen and Vox Day. They're both just trying to drive up their online presence and notoriety by attacking more popular figures and profiting from the resulting attention. Vox does it to sell books, Owen's doing it so he can e-beg money to build more cute little landscaping projects on his "farm".

Edit: This doesn't mean they're necessarily wrong. I do think Vox has a point that a guy willing to admit to dreaming about rubbing his face in his granny's bush has issues. But then you get situations where Owen is denying high-school level physics and now some poor saps watching him are going to be running around insisting the Earth is flat because "logos".

Intro

Don't forget to have a laugh

I am posting to highlight something special Owen brings to the table - a talent for infusing red-pill, controversial themes with dark humour and tight musical accompaniments. While there have been references to his comedy in this thread, they haven't been that specific.

On a broader note, humour and storytelling can be a very powerful. Beyond spreading pleasure, they have the potential to convey a message even better than didactic preaching, dry statistical data, or threats of doom-and-gloom. Perhaps the recent clown world meme reflects our innate need for laughter and play, no matter the pain we face.

It's ok to disagree

The video posted by Roosh, 'Stephen Crowder cant talk to me anymore' struck a chord with me, for instance the section 1:13-2:17. This reflects a wider sense of unease about the modern prevalence of purity-demanding, self-righteous mobs, ready to inflict doxxing and/or violence, "Be exactly like me or you are my enemy!"

In addition to showcasing what I like about Owen's material below, I'll say that anyone who is pushing against the rise of unrestrained slut culture gets a nod from me. He also wrote 'Ballad of the Soy Boy', surely a top five pick for RVF anthem of the year.

[Side note on posting style: It saves readers a lot of collective time if the poster of a video can pinpoint the relevant section. More tips on posting links and media can be found here. As embedded videos may not direct members to the intended timestamps, hyperlinked timestamps are included in bold below.]

Now on to the clips -

Non-Musical Bits

Let's start with my top two picks:

(1) Killing Baby Hitler

Time-stamped vid: 1:29-7:45, from 'Live at The Kelsey Theater'. From 3:07, he starts riffing about being called Hitler and segues into killing baby Hitler, political hand signals and muslim hordes in Germany -

(spoiler alert)

"Would you kill hitler as a baby? I don't know if I could do it"
"...You could do it"
"No, no I'm a kind person, I'm a member of PETA"
"...Well you've had two abortions that weren't Hitler"

(2) When Chickens Start #MeToo

Time-stamped vid: 13:32-19:43, from 'Full Show with conflict'. When he segues from aggressive roosters to #metoo to fake male feminists -

"I'm an ally to women, I'm marching all dayyy"
"You're just trying to have a threesome because you know they had bad dads"

And a few more -

Cultural Appropriation

Time-stamped vid: 3:44-7:57, from 'Jailbait! (In Canada)'

Killing Mosquitoes

Time-stamped vid: 13:17-16:00, from 'Black & White (Full Special in Houston)'.

Beating Justin Trudeau at his Own Game

Musical numbers

Soy Boy

The Ballad of the Soy Boy touches everything from Trump tweets to low testosterone to buzzfeed to Creepy Bill:

*For more on the nature of the soy boy, see Paul Joseph Watson's Truth About Soy Boys.

Why Women are Crazy

Time-stamped vid: 1:00:00-1:06:14, from 'Jailbait! (In Canada)'

I like how he states his support for marriage directly, and then draws on historical male-female dynamics interspersed with contrasting musical themes - both uplifting and menacing - to create a hilarious and compelling case for men to calmly persist in the face of typical female shit-testing in relationships.

John Lennon was a Communist

A fresh take on a famous track:

"Imagine there are no countries..."
"Then why did you move to America and not Nigeria if it doesn't matter?!"

Fight For Freedom (The Antifa Song)

A story told from the perspective of an increasingly-concerned new antifa recruit:

The Same Song from Every Commercial

Some spicy jabs at google:

How to Love a Woman

Time-stamped vid: 39:01-41:13, from 'Black & White (Full Special in Houston)'.

Commercial manipulation

Time-stamped vid: 34:10-37:13, from 'Reluctant Warlord - (Portland OR 2018 FULL SHOW)'.

Wow, this song is a lot deeper than I realized. I'm actually a little bit mind-blown.

This is right up there with his takedown of Lennon's "Imagine".

That's the part about Owen that his haters don't get, the guy is clearly brilliant in his cultural critiques as an insider, and his delivery and persona as an animated and talented musician are unique. He's got some blind spots, like his lack of scientific grounding, but he's spot on otherwise on a whole range of issues, and far less toxic than someone like Peterson in terms of leading young males by example.

"In a place where there is no man" is also a huge (and pretty obvious) double-entendre.

I know "Don't Punch Right" is a thing, but isn't this guy fundamentally a liability if not a plant? I mean seriously, here's a guy who was once in hollywood who jumps into the alt-right scene ranting loudly about the JQ while insisting that the Earth isn't rotating, the moon landing didn't happen, nuclear weapons don't exist, and the big bang didn't happen. Frankly he sounds exactly like a liberal caricature of a right-wing conspiracy nut: believes everything is some kind of Jewish conspiracy and is totally retarded in basic science.

This is the same as the chuckleheads in the alt right that decided it would be a good idea to start using Nazi symbols and gestures, and managed to get the entire movement totally discredited in the mainstream.

Regardless of what fruit loop shit he talks about science he's still pushing men away from vice and towards traditional patriarchal gender roles.

Common opinions on whether the moon is made out of cheese are irrelevant now. It doesn't matter if you alienate the normies anymore because democracy is dead. All that matters now is creating men capable of rebellion against the globohomo satanic oligarchy.

The public will judge a man by what he lifts, but those close to him will judge him by what he carries.

any smart guy that is able detach himself from strong beliefs since childhood and invests enough time to investigate, will come to the same conclusions about Earth, Moon Landing and nuclear hoax.

Question is if it should be discussed on a platform like he has built up.

regarding the JQ, I think he frequently points out that it's not just the Js and that it's rather systemic.

Owen has flaws but I'm willing to look past them. He's the best we have right now because he's leading by example. The way Owen has choosen to opt out of broken society and go build real world wealth with a growing family is truly inspiring. There's no point in fighting if you have nothing to fight for.

If the men in small hats were Chinese with names like Hui and Chang then we'd see that they're a major part of the problem but not the whole problem by any stretch of the imagination.

A reasonable aim in the next hundred years is to replace the current elite with local ones who will watch over us benevolently. With that in mind it doesn't really matter precisely who the current ones are. They have to be deposed by any means necessary.

You'll notice that OB doesn't talk much about democracy and lolbertarianism despite these being staple yakking points for conservacucks. Keep that in mind going forward.

I'm more concerned about alienating red pilled people. The more loonys you see on your side the more you start questioning your own beliefs.

I think that Owen's mentality is that nobody should blindly accept any of what establishment has told us given that they have lied about so many things. He is also open-minded to a fault and I think he really does say whatever he wants to.

Maybe I am biased because I went down the JQ rabbit hole years before it came up in these circles after reading the book Target Patton. None of that shit bothers me at all. I actually think that Owen's takes on the Jews and other race and gender issues are some of the most reasonable ones out there.

You can't authentically seek the truth if you are concerned about alienating people. If you go and try to teach red pill concepts to your blue pill friends they will quick to write you off as being crazy. Doesn't mean it's not the truth. They just weren't ready for it.

Yeah, but compare Owen's questioning everything without bothering to look for evidence to say a guy like Alt Hype who will provide enormous piles of information to back up his claims.

Which is more useful for red pilling folks on the JQ, Owen doing a Bob Dylan impression or that Unz article showing that the (((special people))) were controlling ivy league admissions and favoring themselves to the point where 50% of the "white" admits were (((special)))?

Owen is kicking up a fuss to take eyeballs of men off the worldly things and onto something bigger while setting a good example at the same time.
He is leading the way on sobriety, giving reasons for why porn is destructive and turning the heart of men to better things all with his head (and family) placed firmly on the chopping block.

I'd say that for the majority of people Owen is a lot more useful. Not many people get excited about race statistics, but it is something inherent in the human spirit to feel moral outrage at injustice - and people like Owen, which appeal to that feeling, have a better chance of reaching hearts and minds. Alt Hype was for nerds, Owen is potentially for everybody else - and I am not particularly a fan, but I understand what he does and what his appeal is.

It reminds me of that famous excerpt from a Bezmenov lecture:

Hard data never moved anyone to change their life. The data on the destructive effects of porn has been available for a long time, and yet only now that people are finding spirituality again you see a lot more going against it. Because it's not about specific pieces of information, regardless of how relevant they are, it's about tapping into the spiritual war, lighting that fire in your belly.
