Trump's VP will be Bruce Jenner, fresh off gender re-reassignment. Make Men Men Again.

Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag. We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language. And we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people.

Personally I'd go with Jeff Sessions, shores up to the southern vote and gets a constitutionalist patriot on the ticket for some of the ideological pharisees who don't agree with Trump on everything.

But I have a hunch that the pick will catch us all off guard.

What are people's gut reaction to Herman Cain?

Wiki bio:

Quote:Quote:

Herman Cain (born December 13, 1945)[4] is an American author, business executive, radio host, syndicated columnist, and Tea Party activist from Georgia.[5][6][7] He was a candidate for the 2012 U.S. Republican Party presidential nomination.[5]

Cain grew up in Georgia and graduated from Morehouse College in 1967 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics.[8] Cain pursued graduate studies at Purdue University and graduated with a Master of Science in Computer Science in 1971,[9] while also working full-time for the U.S. Department of the Navy.[10] In 1977, he joined Pillsbury Company in Minneapolis where he later became vice president.[11] During the 1980s, his success as a business executive at Burger King prompted Pillsbury Company to appoint him as chairman and CEO of Godfather's Pizza, in which capacity he served from 1986 to 1996.[12]

Cain was chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City Omaha Branch from 1989 to 1991.[13] He was deputy chairman, from 1992 to 1994, and chairman, from 1995 to 1996, of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.[13] In 1995, Cain was appointed by Newt Gingrich to the Kemp Commission,[14] and was a senior economic adviser to the Bob Dole presidential campaign.[15] Cain became the CEO of the National Restaurant Association,[16] in which he served as president and CEO from 1996 to 1999.[16] During the presidency of Bill Clinton, Cain publicly opposed the Clinton health care plan of 1993, about which he questioned the president at a town hall meeting.[17] Cain has served as a member of the board of directors of several companies, including Aquila, Inc., Nabisco, Whirlpool, Reader's Digest, and AGCO.[12][18][19]

Pros:
-Southern
-Black (I hate identity politics but Trump will probably need a woman and/or minority as VP to counter-act some of the racist/Hitler bullshit)
-Highly accomplished / lots of executive experience
-Has blunt style like Trump's (from what I can tell)
-Tea party darling (could be con depending on POV)
-Political outsider but has some familiarization/understanding of the political system.
-Obviously has some interest in the job since he ran in 2012
-Had declared in the past that the GOP doesn't represent conservatives anymore
-I know A LOT of conservatives who LOVED Cain during the 2012 election cycle. LOVED him and were really disappointed to see him bow out.

Cons:
-Old (age 70)
-Quit his 2012 campaign due to affair (was it proven true? Do you care if so?)
-No foreign experience
-No elected experience

This video from the Trump thread got me thinking about it. Go to point 5:00 for Cain's response to KKK-Trump allegations. That's the kind of guy you want responding to racist allegations. The optics of his tone, content, bluntness, his race, and background basically shuts everyone the fuck up and ends the debate while also flipping the script on the opposition. This is what you want from a VP: an effective pitbull; especially if you're running against a corrupt media and political establishment.

Herman Cain seems amazing. I would love to see him as VP. One of the few candidates who could actually increase support too.

This my current most likely top pick: Jon Huntsman - Former Utah Governor

He is mostly ideologically aligned with Trump on many issues (doesn't drink as well on account of being a Mormon; something subtle but something Trump might appreciate), can speak Chinese and has a lot of experience with China/Asia in general. He is mostly known for his China experience but he was also Ambassador to Singapore in the early 90s at age 32 or 33 and is one of the few GOP types that some democrats/liberals respect and are willing to vote for since he comes off as reasonable and nuanced in his views. He also had a successful governorship with high approval ratings. Beyond the international and governorship experience, he has been a strong proponent for reforming the broken campaign finance system; something that Trump constantly advocates needs major fixing.

Huntsman a few years ago also had a pretty significant beef with the establishment GOP; threatening to leave for being mistreated (I don't think he followed through but he did use very strong language for a politician at the time). Sound familiar?

Huntsman also just came out about a month ago expressing support for Trump if he was the GOP nominee.

It's important to keep in mind that he brings MAJOR international political experience balance to the ticket; something important when going against a former SoS like Hillary. He also brings political experience which Trump has advocated he wants in a VP choice; someone he can trust to effectively govern the country in his absence. Huntsman is also only 55.

Finally, he is loaded (he is personally very well off but his old man is worth about a billion and he will probably inherit that); so he is more likely to not be afraid of standing up to the donor class. Also, if Trump's VP choice can be bought, then Trump's safety and life is at risk as President. A Huntsman pick would somewhat protect him on that front.

If you had to put a gun to my head today and asked me who Trump would pick as VP: I'd say Huntsman by a significant margin given all the possible choices. I don't know if there are many other candidates that bring as much to the table in a low risk package like Huntsman. Pretty hard to find a combination of all the aforementioned traits:

1. Successful governorship with high approval ratings.

2. Ambassador to major international trade player (China) / speaks language / significant international political experience.

3. Financially well-off and can resist donor class money / wants to fix corrupt system. He has around a decade of private sector experience being an executive in the family business as well.

4. Expressed major beef with GOP and threaten to walk years ago.

5. Respected by moderates / liberals for nuanced views / would assist with collecting cross-over votes.

6. Shares similar views to Trump on majority of issues.

I like the idea of Huntsman. That could appeal to moderates turned off by Trump's bravado.

The daughters on stage for that ticket would be ridiculous. [Image: tard.gif]

I also like the idea of Jim Webb but that might be too much for the GOP. Have him be Sec. of Defense.

If only you knew how bad things really are.

Lt. General (Ret) Mike Flynn: Why Hillary Clinton Should Suspend Her Presidential Bid
By Jason Criss Howk • 03/18/16 11:29am

http://observer.com/2016/03/lt-general-r...ntial-bid/

On the topic of presidential candidates I have also personally come out requesting that Hillary Clinton step down from running for President due to the ongoing investigation against her and her aides while she was the serving Secretary of State—for many valid reasons, I strongly believe she should step down.

Can you explain the top 5 threats you see to America?

1) Lack of US Defense readiness (includes all components of Cyber)

2) A US economy on the ropes and an emerging Chinese economy that is underestimated

3) Global & radical Islamism

4) China, Russia, and North Korea all improving their nuclear readiness while ours suffers

5) Loss of respect and confidence around the world

Are we prepared to face any of them?

We are not prepared right now, but we can be if we focus on strengthening our economy…and improving U.S. defense readiness around the world.

Deepdiver: Hillary is an incredibly arrogant and power mad malignant corrupt wall smashed misandrist fister sister running an ongoing criminal enterprise masked as the CGI Foundation. She will do her Globalist Anti-American George Soros etc., masters' bidding which will cause the USA to become extremely weak regarding the 5 points above with increased levels of unpreparedness and a continued Saul Alinsky Ruled by Radicals agenda driven by eliminating the USA's energy competitiveness, crushing the US economy with TPP "Free Trade" treaties and jailing anyone who argues against Anthropogenic Climate Change. No wonder her mentor is visiting Cuba this weekend - on a fact finding mission to see how they can seize power in the USA with their Globalist masters blessings for the next 100 years like the Castro Brothers in Cuba.

Saw this while doing cardio yesterday.

Those activists are dumb as fuck.

The older guys (think it was him, subtitles were on) main talking point was that Trump is a racist, and gave the example of Trump saying "Make America white again" as proof he's racist.

Obviously, we all know Trump never said such a thing. Normally I'd think this is just the media planting a dipshit on their show to fit their agenda, but ALL of the Trump haters fit this same exact mold.

1. Watch edited media/YouTube clip/meme of Trump saying something that appears racist.

2. Too stupid and blind to watch the entire, unedited segment, which shows him say "many Hispanics are good people", or something similar.

3. Vagina becomes filled with sand and they scream (on social media) about Trump and his supporters being racist Nazis who want to exterminate all minorities.

4. Rinse and repeat, but not their vagina. It will always stay sandy.

The funny thing to me is that they say Trump is racist against blacks. Now, I can see how in their small brains they come to the conclusion that Trump is racist against Muslims and Mexicans, but what has he ever said or done against blacks that would give them this idea? He hasn't said shit, they just throw it in with their other nonsense to create fake outrage and pull the race card, which they LOVE to do against anyone who is white that doesn't agree with them.

Anyways, Cain gave those clowns a stumping and it was great. I don't know if he is VP material, but I like the dude from what I've seen.

I can give some perspective.

Many inner city blacks consider anything that helps anyone other than exclusively them as anti-black.

The general argument is that inner city black do not gain as much from across-the-board improvements as whites. Therefore, racism.

It is not entirely without basis because the statistics confirm this.

I will let other finish this argument.

Huntsman would be great, his family hates Romney, rumor is the elder Huntsman leaked the Romney tax return to Reid. Would drive Romney nuts.

I know in the DJT thread I advocated for Gingrich before but seeing as how Trump trounced the south, he doesn't need Gingrich to shore up the southern base, he'll need someone to appeal more to the center. Huntsman definitely helps with this, another rumor is that Obama's campaign was most worried about Huntsman during a GE. Hunstman is also one of the few governors that actually did well and was succesful implementing conservative values while governing.

One issue is Huntsman's link to Obama, being ambassador to China seeing as how Trump has been shitting on Obama and "the politicians that we send to these countries to make deals, Caroline Kennedy in Japan for example..." but this can be addressed with proper frame control.

If only Huntsman came out this weekend to support Trump to help win Utah or atleast stop Cruz from 50%

Gingrich is a stone-cold political killer. He is one of those guys I would hate to go up against. I don't agree with most of his opinions or policies, but they are generally better than most other politicians' positions.

He's just a master of political rhetoric. I would love to see him loosed on a democrat in a one on one debate. Maybe bad optics cos he's a slimy looking, smug, portly older white dude, but such a super brain...

The more I read about Jim Webb, the less unconventional it sounds to have him as a VP. He was a Republican for many years while secretary of the navy. It sounds like he only became a Democrat in '06 to get a Senate seat and challenge the Bush Doctrine on foreign policy. He had been warning multiple administrations since the 80s of blowback, the unlikelihood of Islamic countries to adopt democracy, china trade deficit, etc. While in office, Webb pretty much concentrated on foreign policy articles of legislation, while paying minimal lip service to a mix of conservative and liberal stances on social and domestic issues.

Webb has been critical of Democratic Party identity politics for years, and clearly did not look comfortable at the Presidential debate he was invited to last summer. He even skewered Hillary on national television later last year: "Hillary Clinton has been wrong on every foreign policy issue since 9/11." I don't see why this guy would be such an obstacle to conservatives and Republicans, if anything, he would only irk some Democrats by flipping back to his original side.

Allen West.

Black, 22 year military veteran, from FLORIDA, anti-Islam, charismatic and knows how to fire up a crowd better than Trump. No competition. He'll pull Florida, veterans and most importantly 20% of the Black vote on top of being impenetrable armor against any race attacks. He's got a sexy family as well.

Anti-Islam speech starting @ 1:41 below.

"The first thing you gotta do is study and understand who you're up against. You must realize that this is not a religion you're fighting against. You're fighting against a Theo-political belief system and construct. You're fighting against something that's been doing this thing since 622 A.D .. 7th century, 1388 years. You wanna dig up Charles Martel and ask him why he was fighting the Muslim Army at the Battle of Tours in 732. You want to ask the Venetian Fleet at La Ponto while they were fighting a Muslim fleet in 1571. You want to ask the Germanic and Austrian knights while they were fighting tat the gates of Vienna in 1573. You want to ask people what happened in Constantinople and why it's now called Istanbul because they lost that fight in 1453. You need to get into the Quran , you need to understand their precepts. You need to read the Sura. You need to read the Hadith and then you can really understand this is not a perversion. They're doing exactly what this book says."

Duncan Hunter, Representative from San Diego.

Great name. Great presence and quick on his feet. Quit his job the day after 9/11 to join the Marines. Two tours in Iraq on active duty, and then one tour in Afghanistan when he got called up from the reserves. This was while he was running for Congress! His wife campaigned for him and he won when he got back.

He has a slight stutter, but is instantly likable and passionate like Trump.

The Washington Post is naming five possible VPs:

Quote:Quote:

5. Marco Rubio
4. John Kasich
3. Joni Ernst
2. Rick Scott
1. Chris Christie

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-...president/

Terrible list. I'm surprised the author didn't list Ted Cruz or Carly Fiorina.

5. Rubio, a one term Senator, is too inexperienced. Being Cuban isn't enough. Having more delegates than Kasich also isn't enough. If Trump fails to reach 1237 delegates before the first ballot he might make this deal. Unlikely because a contested convention will weaken the party.

4. No one gives a fuck about Ohio.

3. A woman and a one term Senator, though she's an Iraq War veteran, but Trump will want to avoid any running mate that reminds people of Sarah Palin.

2. Less stupid than the others, but is unknown nationally.

1. He adds nothing to the ticket. Trump has been more popular in the northeast since winning New Hampshire. Christie dropped out after finishing sixth in NH with 1/5 the votes as Trump.

The author of this list can't see Trump won't pick a running mate for diversity or geographical reasons alone. Picking a woman wouldn't be for the Woman Card but for watching Hillary's effeminate VP Julian Castro lose a debate to a conservative woman.
